2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom Double Cab Std Box

Terrific experience with the purchase of my 2021 Ram Laramie. I’ve been thinking about getting one for a while, so when I saw one with low mileage at a very reasonable price “coming soon” I wanted to get up there before it was gone. I called ahead and talked to Henry and told him what I was looking for. By the time I got there Henry had it out and ready to drive. The whole process went seamlessly and I never felt pressure for an upgrade. I don’t think I’ll have to buy another vehicle for a while, but if I do I’ll check out Advantage first.

Purchased this on July 1st and wanting to give a big shout out to Enrique Reyna for helping and John the gm for making the deal. Unfortunately I was told John isn’t there any more but Enrique is still there and would recommend him. Overall the experience was great, I would like to give it a 4.5 star but I was only allow to give 4 or 5. I made the deal over the phone and felt the time spent was in a timely manner. All the questions was answered swiftly. I requested to have the paperwork ready when I arrive so that I can sign and drive since I lived about 4 hours away. I would have given it a 4.5 if possible and the two things I was a bit unset about was the fact that there was only one finance manager there that day and took a bit longer than normally when I sign and drive. Other issue was the bed cover for my truck was worked into the deal however, I had to drive back to pick it up or else it woulda been another 300$ to deliver. However, wasn’t a big deal hence the 4.5 star. Overall Enrique Reyna was very helpful.

Dana was awesome from start to finish. I brought my car in for some service from out of town. She communicated throughout the service everything I wanted, and it may need to make a safe trip home. Smile the whole way. Great customer service. ????
