I recently got hit by a deer with my Terrain and the whole driver side was wrecked, I had called the body shop the same day and had it towed down there and within a few days I already had my estimate. They stayed in contact with me to let me know the estimate was done, when they started working on my vehicle, and when it was done. The work they was absolutely fantastic and I am beyond impressed that my car looks brand new again. I would recommend them to anyone and I appreciated how quick they got my vehicle done as well. All the employees were super nice and I would for sure go to them again if I ever needed anymore body work done!
We could not be happier about our experience at FOX Chevrolet in Caledonia! We purchased a 2024 Tahoe (February 22, 2024) and we were able to test drive a 2024 suburban ahead of time as well as to sit down and order our 2024 Tahoe with Bill Gavin. This is our 4th brand-new vehicle through GM and we have loved working with Bill over the years!
It was excellent! Our salesman, Jon, was no pressure. He was prepared for our appointment. Gave us time to look at other vehicles on your lot. He took his time answering our questions. When it was time for us to talk with Keegan, we found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, and also no pressure. We will be back to Fox Chevrolet in Caledonia when we purchase a new pickup in the future.
