There is simply not enough good things I can say that would justify the level of professionalism and customer care that I experienced with AJ and the team at Apex Auto. I came in with a solid trade in and received top value for my car. I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for some time and rolled the dice going to this dealership that I had never heard of. The level of confidence in their product was such that I was given the keys to the car and told to take it for a test drive on my own. I came back knowing the car that I chose was in good standing and fit the criteria I had. Negotiations were smooth and fair but above all, respectful. I drove away with a car I was very happy with. But thats not even the best part. There was an unforeseen issue with the title of the vehicle and given that this was going to replace my daily driver I needed to get it titled and tagged as soon as possible. Its when this situation arose that AJ and Apex Auto really won me over as a customer. Due to some logistical issues I would be unable to return to Apex Auto to solve the title issue in a timely manner. Apex Auto, without me asking offered to come to me to solve the title issue. I live in Maryland just south of Baltimore. Its not a short drive but the folks at Apex Auto were so determined and committed to do right by me as a costumer that they drove to my location to deliver the corrected title on time for me to get the car titled and tagged in the state of MD. That level of costumer service is heads and shoulders above what is the norm and I couldnt possibly appreciate it more! Apex Auto and AJ are trust worthy, honest and hardworking salesmen who stand by their word and I couldnt thank them enough. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I wish more dealerships would be a fraction as good as Apex Auto.

There was no pressure during the sale, allowing the car to sell itself. The team was very professional and thoughtful in the process-- caring people. The process itself was efficient and streamlined; and living out of town, the car was delivered expeditiously.
