2014 Chevrolet Express 1500 Work Van AWD

Everyone at Country Chevrolet is wonderful. I have worked with Matt R twice now to purchase a different vehicle. He really takes the time to go through the vehicles features with you. I will always recommend Country Chevrolet for your vehicle needs!

Overall a very good experience working with the service department (unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the advisor I worked with). My only complaint is their hours. Makes it harder for the working class to make it there since opened after I was at work and closed before I got of work. And unfortunately they’re not open on Saturday. Yes my vehicle sat in at thete place for over a month. Not by their doing. Granted they are busy over there so they usually can’t get you in right away but that’s part of business when you take care of your customers. The advisor I worked with did a great job at providing updates on what was going on and staying on top of the extended warranty to get the vehicle fixed as soon as possible. Even though the supplier took a month to get them the transmission. They even got a bunch of stuff fixed that the vehicle wasn’t brought there for. Would do business with them again if they tweaked their hours a bit to make it easier to make it there without having to take a day off or leave early (which isn’t possible when you’re a delivery driver).

We have bought our cars through Matt Renczykowski at Country Chevrolet for 20 years. Service is great. They make buying a car easy and follow up with us to make sure if we have any questions or concerns.
