2012 Chevrolet Express 1500 Work Van AWD

I had a very easeful experience at Good Guys. The price Brian quoted me for my trade-in (sight unseen) was the same price I received without any hesitation once I was on the lot. They have an incredible selection of vans, so I felt like the specialization was to the consumers’ benefit when considering any shop work getting done prior to purchase. I even called after getting home with the van to mention the brakes were a little noisier than I noticed before I left the lot. Once again, without hesitation, he arranged new brake pads for me to pick up from my local parts dealer at no charge. At this point, I would happily do business again with Good Guys. It’s always a relief to find honesty in the used vehicle business.

**EDIT** AND THEY SENT ME FRESH BAKED CHRISTMAS COOKIES!? This place should be called GREATGUYS! **** The first time I have ever had a good car buying experience. Fair prices and no aggressive negotiating or pressure. Found a couple of small issues with the van after I brought it home and they went above and beyond to fix them for me free of charge. Brian is easy to work with, a very good communicator who is easy to get a hold of when you need him, and overall just the best place you could buy a van bar none. So excited to take my new (to me) AWD chevy express on some amazing adventures thanks to Good Guys!

Brian and Art were WONDERFUL to deal with. Could not think of a better sales experience. Not pushy, informative, and not full of BS. Willing to let us test drive and ask all the questions we wanted to make sure we got our perfect van to use as a daily as well as a recreational vehicle. Our budget was set before arriving to the dealership, but after viewing what we could get for a slightly increased budget and the quality of the van we could get into, we ended up spending more and didn't feel guilty about it. Brian's honesty and communication throughout the process made us feel comfortable. We ended up with a 2013 Chevy Express AWD and love it but knew it was 8 year old vehicle at time of purchase. We didn't bat an eye after discussing some of our concerns with Brian. Brian and Art also made sure we had our hitch installed before we picked up our vehicle. They had the hitch in stock, got the install time scheduled, and kept me updated along the way as we had a long way to go to get the van. It was awesome and took out the stress of buying. They also gave us a killer trade-in deal on an older van we had. After getting our license plate in the mail, we noticed a $12 refund check made out to us because we overpaid slightly for the registration. I'd bet anyone $12 that ANY other dealership would've not worried about cutting us a check for that amount. They also sent us a lovely cookie tin full of home baked chocolate chip cookies and the recipe for them as a thank you. We love our van. We loved the experience. I don't know how many vans we'll need in our future, but we will be buying them from Goodguys Motor Co., hands down. If you have any questions about my experience, I'll gladly answer them. Good service is hard to find and larger dealerships don't care. Go buy a van and get outdoors and go on road trips with your friends and family.
