This was hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. KC was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped move the process along as quickly as possible. We drove two hours for a specific car but I would make the drive again just to work with KC and Heyward Allen.

Derrick in service was very helpful with our equinox and its service needs/options. KC was excellent in his role as salesman. He listened well, was very knowledgeable and came across as very sincere. When they were able to give a generous value for my trade in I decided to give KC a chance at my business. A very fair deal was arranged. Outstanding job by service, sales and finance.

The Guys at Heyward Allen(Clay, John, Chris, Shawn,) Were Awesome to work with, We were treated with respect and they worked very hard to get us a good deal. If we are in the market for a future vehicle, We will definitely consider Heyward Allen Cadillac GMC again.

I didn't buy a car with them. But, wanted to say that they were extremely attentive and responsive. I inquired about a truck and they quickly responded and kept in contact with me as we went over the details. Maybe when we can agree to the terms we can do business together but if not, kudos to you all for your service!
