Very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot, and each vehicle he showed us. When we told him we were pre approved with our CU, unlike other dealerships, rather than try to sell us on financing through them he listened and just guided us on the steps to take to get the check back to them. Made the transaction so fast and friendly. Extremely helpful. Loved that he took the time to listen to what we needed and how we wanted it to go. Man I got such a good deal, it felt like it was free. Isaiah the salesman was so kind he gave me a bucket to sit on because the truck was missing the drivers seat. Felt like I stole the thing. No on a serious note… Isaiah at One Stop of Yakima made my buying experience 1 to remember. He was so easy to work with, made the process really smooth and enjoyable.
