From the time I scheduled service recall appointment to picking up my car at the end of the day for same-day service completed, I had a smooth, timely and very professional experience. My service tech coordinator Daniel was down to earth, friendly, a very good communicator, found another recall notice just released when I was there, kept me up to date on the progress during the day, had a loaner car ready to go when I arrived and had my car charged and washed when the service was complete. I received top notch service at this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommended them. They made what could be a hassle into a pleasant, seamless experience which made my life easier.
