I felt comfortable with the dealership and there wasn't any pressure from them at all. I will say, when I first got there I did feel a little vulnerable. But once I spoke with Richard I relaxed a lot. He took the time to explain the car to me. Showed me all the features. Told me why they worked the way they did.
