2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 4X4 Double Cab Std Box

So far my experiences at hank graff Chevrolet has been great! Love their oil changes are done just like a ten minute oil change place pull in and they do it right then, no hours on end oil change like alot dealerships. Friendly staff and accommodating! They came all way to the outskirts of lapeer to pick me up to get my vehicle back. Ive had service work done in a timely manner with video sent to me off the work that was done. Also sales were great buying my 25 silverado a year ago as well. Can't say enough about this dealer so far I'm impressed. They have my business long term if they keep this up.

We were impressed with everything from our first meeting, with Chris Horvath and Tyler Kent. Love now they had the truck ready for us to look at and of course they made us a great deal on a trade-in as well as the new truck. The sale went smoothly and just loved how everyone made us feel special, even though I know it's salesmanship, but still I liked it . LOL. I'll include Janelle in finance. Picking up the truck. It was ready for us at the door. It was just a really wonderful experience buying a brand new truck. Tyler was great going over everything and completing the paperwork and answering all my questions. What an enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle. One of your other customers that I ran into camping in the Upper Peninsula suggested to me going here when I was going to look for a truck, and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend!
