Fernando greeted me and was very professional and friendly. He verified the services I had requested. He directed me to the waiting area and gave me an estimate of time needed. He came to get me after the work was completed and the car had been washed. He took me to the area for payment. Both Olivia and Ashley greeted me. Olivia Anders prepared the bill and took payment.
