My wife and I Purchased our 2019 Ford Expedition from Austin and the Kool Chevrolet used car team. The buying process was very laid back and I did not feel pressured at all. Only reason it’s not a 5 is I was disappointed that they didn’t clean it before I picked it up and missed some stains I pointed out before signing and I ended up having to detail it myself.
