I had an amazing experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and acknowledged my appointment I made online to test drive a car. Mathew and Nathan went above and beyond — Nathan greeted me right away, offered me coffee, and made me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time car buyer who just turned 20, I was nervous about the process, but they were super transparent and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting. The process was smooth from start to finish I went in on Thursday to test drive, and went home with the car that same Saturday. They were honest about the car’s history, did an oil change, replaced the wipers, and even did a full inspection to make sure there were no other issues before I drove away. They also worked with me to make sure the payment plan and warranty fit my budget, which I really appreciated. Nathan kept in contact with me to give me updates and make sure I brought everything I needed in or sent over, the communication was above and beyond and very appreciated since I live 40 minutes away and did not have time to go back and fourth. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Looking to down size from my Chevy Tahoe, my husband and I stopped in to have a look around. We were greeted by Nate. We told him what we were looking for. He was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. We did not feel pressured or influenced into making a purchase of a certain vehicle. He took the time to explain the bells and whistles on the vehicles I was interested in. I expressed that I was looking for a dealership that we could come back to time and time again for all our vehicle purchases and not having to wonder and search the county for the best deals. He made us feel that Bob Johnson would be just that place and you could tell that it was heartfelt and not just to earn commission. He made it a great experience and a pleasure speaking with him. Got my 2015 Buick Lacross here with very low miles from (Jason) and enjoyed the experience I have had from start to finish. Any issues at all were taken care of and fixed with out any worry to me.
