We had a great experience at Honda of Altoona. From the moment we walked in, Brandy was there to help us. After Brandy helped us find the car that we wanted, we drove home. Unfortunately, our new car had a manufacturer defect. We drove back the next morning, and Mike apologized for the issue that was no fault of their own. Mike and Brian ensured that he will take care of us while we work through the issue. After discovering the issue and fixing the issue, we requested a brand new different car. Mike ensured us that he can do that for us if that what will make us happy. They gave us a loaner car of the same car that we just bought for the week. Within the week, they were able to find us the new car that we wanted and we drove off with our new car with no issues. Brandy, Brian, and Mike were all great to work with and ensured us they would take great care of us through it all, and they just did that. I highly recommend this Honda dealership if you want to be well taken care of. They honored their commitment to us when things went wrong with our new car. We will be back in the future!

Honda of Altoona is conveniently located for me so I stopped by to look at a used vehicle on their lot. Joey Brown was the Sales Specialist that greeted me and we went for a test drive. After I did some research on my own, Joey was able to help me trade in my car and make the purchase a few days later. He was very quick to respond to my questions when I texted him, was able to answer my questions and was very easy to work with.
