2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 4X4 Double Cab Std Box

We are new the area so I didn't buy my 2017 Ford Escape here. The only place to get what I needed done was at the dealership, and this was our new home dealership. I was able to make an appointment right away, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. When diagnosing the problem (as well as the solution) they kept me updated in a very respectful way and gave me options for how I wanted to proceed with very affordable choices. They even threw in a complimentary clean - my inside mats were washed and the outside rinsed down. Overall I had a great customer experience and will be coming back again!

Phenomenal customer service, very polite reps. and technicians. My vehicle was fully repaired and ready on schedule despite a number of unexpected issues following inspection. When I picked my car up, it ran, drove, and looked substantially better than when I left it. I will definitely be returning for future service!
