This was my second time working with them, and even though we encountered an issue out of their control with a brand new truck, they did everything they could to make it right. True customer service. I purchased the truck from NC pretty much through the Internet and by phone. It was shipped to my door almost 650 miles away. The sale was straight forward and all paperwork went through very efficiently. The staff answered my questions and promptly with a vast knowledge of the product they were selling. I highly recommend this dealership.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Matt Strassner, a fill-in sales rep at this particular store. He was very informative without being obnoxious. If he didn't have an answer, he took the time to find out. He introduced us to Zach who is also in sales at the store. Both of them did a great job answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. When the time came to pick up our new vehicle they had everything ready. We were in and out in no time. I know the auto industry seems to be drifting to the huge dealership platform. There is truly an enjoyable experience to be had at a small-town dealership like Maguire Chevrolet in Trumansburg.
