I was in search of a Jeep and had been looking at other dealerships and decided to check out the inventory at John Hirsch's, and I'm glad I did! I worked with Billy, Alyssa and Clayton and my experience was excellent - the team was efficient, respected my time, and were very fair and honest throughout the entire transaction process. I found the perfect brand new Jeep that checked off all the boxes at a better rate than their competitors. They offered more than I anticipated for my vehicle and earned my trust and loyalty. If I could give them a 6 out of 5, I would!
Bailey was awesome. She kept me very informed about what problems showed up and we decided what to fix. Truck is running good. The courtesy driver Scott was great too for giving me a ride home. Thank you, Rachelle
I've got mixed feelings with this dealership. While I was in to look at the inventory I liked the no pressure sales approach. In fact that part of it was great. Sales rep and financing were going at my pace and worked well with me. We did have to sign twice because of an error with what financing had listed as the sale price. I didn't have the proof at the time of the first signing but then after I left and the vehicle was still listed on Carsoup and on the dealer website with the amount that I had challenged them with well then it was a matter of getting in to sign the corrected contract. A bit of an inconvenience but one that I was patient with. But, I am now getting the cold shoulder now that we are coming to the end of the 5 day/500 mile return or exchange. First, the truck has an idler and tensioner that are going to fail soon and I need to know if these parts are covered under their limited 60 day/2500 mile warranty. Unfortunately, trying to get something scheduled with the service side made me call four different times over six hours to get anybody to work with. And that was even talking on the phone with one service tech who was on his way out the door and was going to pass it to the next person to call me. I waited two hours and called back, finally spoke with the tech that had no idea that they were to call me. Second, I called the sales rep to confirm that these are going to be covered under warranty. I had to leave a message. He never called me back. I called him again, the next day, and he doesn't have the answer and forwarded me to the senior sales guy and I have left two messages in the span of four hours and I still have no answer. So yeah, when I was working out to purchase this truck the response time was almost immediate. Now after the purchase the response time and silence is deafening. But then this is typical of dealerships and this is a used truck. And because of that it is a good idea to get a pre-purchase inspection of the used vehicle you're interested in because the pre-inspections of the dealership is questionable. We found a rodents nest in the engine block under the air filter. So it seems that the dealership service department was a little inadequate that day. I posted an updated review a couple of weeks ago and provided a review that was more positive. You can look for that more detailed updated review. In summary, the dealership did reach out to me and took care of things and made things right. So I would continue to buy from this dealership as I have in the past and use the service department and would recommend them to friends.
