2017 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

We were in need of a new place to take our vehicles for service and after a lot of searching and talking with people we know and trust Grand Rapids Motorcar kept coming up. The team there is fantastic. They take their time to explain anything they are recommending and do not try to pressure or scare you into a repair. They are honest and treat their customers with respect, which is not always so often these days. On top of all this they are highly skilled professionals with a fantastic platform that they use to communicate the status of your service and any needs there may be. I would highly recommend them for any service you may need.

I had our Land Cruiser in for repair and Christina and the crew were great. Pricing was accurate, everything was explained in detail even included a video from the tech showing me EXACTLY what the problem was and how to fix it. I was provided with a loaner car as the repair was big and they need a few days. Every element of the experience was exceptional. Quality, communication, and pricing were great. I cant imagine going anywhere else.
