2017 Chevrolet Express

Possibly one of the best customers service experiences I have ever experienced. I was looking to purchase a van they had for sale but I am 3 hours away. When I called, Shannon took the time to go out and walk around the vehicle telling me everything I needed to know in detail. When I asked for a Carfax he sent it to me within minutes. Upon arriving at the dealership the van was pulled up and ready for me to drive. Everything was exactly as it had been described. When we went into the office to finalize things everything was well organized and in order. The process took less than 15 minutes and I was on the road. I really appreciate what Shannon said... "I don't like to have my time waisted so I try not to waist other people's time". The next time I am looking for a vehicle, this is where I will be starting! Thanks again for a great experience.

Braden and Shannon were awesome! My dad and I drove 45 miles from St. Louis to look at their vans. They did not disappoint. Every van and truck on their lot was clean and detailed. The process was so easy. If you're in the market for a van, truck or trailer, go see them! I ended up with a very nice van at a very reasonable price.
