Just brought home a pre-owned Audi ragtop. I was anxious, used car dealers are used car dealers. The general reputation is poor. But, my experience was the opposite. Spoke with the Biz owner/operator Razvan aka "Giovy" to confirm availability and negotiate a deal pending inspection and test drive. The next day I arrived and was shown the car. No rush, no urgency. No sales BS. He was patient, permitting me time to visually inspect the undercarriage, brakes, wheel wells, bumper attachments, mirrors, and top. Looked over the engine and fluids, trunk; scrutinized the interior; tested the automatic top. All looked good. He shared the CarFax report. Time to drive. I took a generous test drive. Pumped the brakes, stepped on the accelerator. Giovy was cool and patient. I called to initiate my insurance, closed out the transaction. Done. Smooth. And, most important, Giovy did not attempt any used car salesman games, he was straight up and patient. The showroom garage is well lighted, designed for viewing, and meticulously clean. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Audi - all makes and models of pre owned luxury cars - all cared for and it shows. I drove the car out the door and home 35+ miles. No stress. Overall, an optimal experience. Great car runs perfect....Aside from a quality product FANTASTIC service and professional trust from start to bottom.
