2017 Chevrolet Express Work Van HD 2500

I have gotten 3 cars from Ful-Line (2 for me and one for my brother) over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. They are very easy to reach and work very quickly with you on processing paperwork to get you the car fast. When my brother had needed a car they were the first place that I recommended to him and we weren’t disappointed! They were efficient and speedy with every part of the process from start to finish. If you're looking for a used car this is the place to go. After looking at cars for over a month online, reading hundreds of reviews, and researching dealers I settled on Ful-Line auto. They had a good inventory of cars at reasonable prices and the reviews we're the best I had found. My husband and I went in without an appointment to look at several cars we might be interested in. We were greeted with a smiling face and friendly personality of the owners daughter. ( Sorry I forgot your name.) She handed us the set of keys to all of the cars we were interested in, showed us where on the lot they were and told us to take our time looking at them. While viewing those cars I spotted a Lincoln Town car on the lot. It was beautiful and I was very interested in it. We got the keys and took it for a test drive and I absolutely loved it. It was reasonably priced and had low mileage on it for 2006. We went back and told her we wanted to purchase the car and made arrangements to pick it up the following week. We agreed we would do all the paperwork when we came to pick up the car and we weren't even required to put a deposit payment down. Since it was a 2006 we requested that we be able to take it to our own mechanic to have it looked at. The owner, Dave, agreed without hesitation even though our mechanic was 40 minutes away and loaned us the car for the day. Our mechanic did let us know that one small issue should be addressed. I told Dave what our mechanic said and he said that he would take care of that issue and let us know when it would be ready. Two days later the work had been done and the car was ready. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with it. It was a very smooth, easy, pleasant experience. Dave was very easy to deal with as well as very helpful. It wasn't luck that brought me to Ful-Line Auto, I did my due diligence and it paid off.

I bought a car here about a month ago, a Honda CRV. The process was smooth and straight forward, Dave explained all the details to make it easy to understand and went out of his way to keep me updated! He made repairs and updates before I even purchased the car, and just a few days ago the radiator blew. I brought it to him and he fixed it free of charge because it has only been a month, no hassle. Wonderful customer service here and would definitely come here again!
