I thought the negotiations were fair. I had to drive 3 hours to get to Gustmans and appreciate that we didn't have to spend hours doing paperwork. The salesperson {Aaron Nagan} went over all the functions of the dash and radio and most of the other features and that was very helpful. Very happy with the truck and the dealership.

I used to go to a larger well-known dealership in our area. Needless to say I have been less than happy with my treatment over multiple occasions. Decided to finally try gustmans. Wow!
