My husband and I bought a used Subaru Outback at a great price from Hayes Family Auto. They were incredibly responsive to calls and texts before we drove out to see the car, and we were even more impressed with their service in-person. Brayden and Dylan were friendly, honest, down-to-earth, and not at all trying to rush us into making a purchase... which we could not say the same for any other dealership throughout our search. When we decided to buy the vehicle, there were no hidden fees and they even sent us home with a treat from a local bakery! The next day, we noticed a very small crack in the windshield that we hadn't seen when we purchased it. In hindsight, it was likely due from the hour drive home, but Hayes had it fixed for us at their shop the day after free of charge. The Subaru has been running perfectly ever since. We have never had a better experience while car shopping; I would definitely buy from Hayes again and would recommend to anyone!
