Jasmine, Isi and Ulissa were awesome, they made me feel like family when the other half of the dealer made me feel like I was less than everyone else that came in. They made it their purpose to help me out and get me out the door with the truck I wanted and I cannot express how much I appreciate that. I got cat fished by someone at the dealer, that looked like one person online and was completely different in person, I came 2 hours away twice being told different things, to be lied to and misled, finally I dealt with Jasmine and Ulissa and they were rock stars and really carry what’s left of this dealer on their shoulders. Only 2 sales women that made me feel relevant. And I appreciate that beyond what words could describe. Christian was misleading and lied to me multiple times and I do not appreciate that as my time is extremely valuable to me and he took that for granted and I really don’t appreciate that, luckily Ulissa and Jasmine pulled it back for the dealer and made the sale with me, cannot thank them enough.
My boyfriend and i came in on March 1st. after two months of searching endlessly and no luck. Ulissa exceeded our expectations. We were able to find a family car that met all our standards. Needless to say my mind is blown and I am beyond excited. Please Please see Ulissa she is amazing!!
