5 STARS all around the board! I had a wonderful experience at Bachman Chevrolet. Othello Bell aka 'Mr. Make it Happen' helped me with my purchase. He definitely lives up to the name :). Him and his team were awesome and thorough. If you're looking for a new car, this is the place to go!

We purchased our dream car. Thanks to Juaquin Luna who made everything possible and easy. He is very approachable, helpful and polite. This place is very organized, clean and lots of choices. We are happy we find this place. We drove all the way from Alabama and its all worth it!

I went there looking for a Honda Ridgeline. They had 2 in stock. Same year, but 1 was $1,000 more. It had heavy damage to the rear, but 30,000 fewer miles and multiple previous owners. I got the one with more miles, but it was a 1 owner vehicle that is super clean. And it has more options than the other one. They didn't want to budge on the price because they had it "competitively priced." The best he could do is drop the $38 and change. I tried to get the price of a new ned cover $500-$1,000. He laughed at me. That kinda made me mad. The truck itself is really nice, but I came to Louisville to look at another vehicle first that I was sure I was going to get until I saw the Honda and drove it. The other truck did have softer seats, though. It was a tough decision. After a lot of back and forth with the salesman over the period of a week, he said he would speak to the sales manager to see what they could do for me. They were able to come down $392. I am happy with that. I am able to buy a replacement tonneau cover for the truck with that, which is basically all I had asked for in the first place. Kudos to them for that. I paid for the truck and drove home. No issues with it all the way home. When I got home, I got to thinking about it, and the amount that I wrote the check out for did not take into consideration for the amount of the deposit I had put down. I informed the salesman of this and he was able to get my deposit refunded back to my bank account.
