Super simple process! I submitted my trade in video simply online on the truck I had my eye on that I had to have. they reached out first thing Monday morning I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy who is a great guy all around! I got to the dealer the that evening after work he had the truck up front ready to test drive for me and answer all my questions. It was late on Presidents’ Day so financing wasn’t possible that evening but was able to get approval next morning which I then returned to a freshly cleaned and detailed brand new truck with a full tank he kindly walked me through all the features and helped me set everything up I had an overall 10/10 experience! I was specifically looking for a Riptide Blue Blazer. After having no luck finding one locally and the local dealers telling me they couldn’t get one without additional costs, I reached out to several dealers in nearby states.
