Bobby is the best ! He works with you but Dennis was the icing on the cake for me. I was over budget and he worked with me and got it down to a reasonable price and apr. He was very calm and found a solution to problem right away. Lenny was able to find me the perfect car just by taking his time and look what was available for me. I do regret getting a black car though, the maintenance is too much, there’s a few scratches and my paint chipped by the door handle already. But overall I would definitely recommend and refer all my friends and family to come here.

earlier this week, I brought my 2021 Ford Explorer, King Ranch to Stevens 112 Ford for service. I had an outstanding recall that needed to be addressed and also scheduled ‘The Works’ oil change, etc. Scheduling my appointment online was extremely easy and I was very pleased to find that I was able to get an appointment of my choosing within few days. I was happy to secure an 8 AM slot for my service and was greeted warmly when I walked into the service center. I inquired about using my Ford Rewards points to be applied to my bill and was assured that it would not be a problem. My points balance was checked immediately, and I was told that my service cost would be covered by my Points balance. Needless to say, this made my day. I was told That my service should take approximately 1.5 hours, and therefore I chose to stay in the comfortable waiting room Until it was completed. Despite having many customers arrive to have their vehicles serviced, I was very happy that I was out the door within two hours of my arrival. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Stevens 112 Ford Service Center to others seeking a Ford dealership to handle their car service needs.
