Talmadge was a great salesman. He was not pushy and was always friendly and patient. That’s a rare courtesy given to customers nowadays. I feel like salesmen are all so desperate for the big sale that the pushiness is the norm, but I didn’t feel that way this time. Brooke helped secure my down payment over the internet to hold the car until I could make the drive from Huntsville to Columbia. She was very friendly and courteous. My Wife and I are elderly. I can no longer get around to drive. We had two older vehicles we decided to trade for one newer vehicle with less miles so my Wife would have a dependable vehicle. I contacted Stan McNabb’s internet manager to get the process started. After numerous text messages and emails, she showed us a vehicle that appealed to us. The following day, Stan McNabbs sales associates brought the vehicle to our house for us to inspect and my Wife to drive. We agreed on a fair trade amount and we are the owners of a new vehicle. There was a lot of things we had to do to get our vehicles ready to be sold. Stan McNabb’s associates helped with that. We needed the vehicle position sensor in our garage readjusted so my Wife would know when it was safe to close our door. Thank you McNabb associates for taking care of that.
