After months of research and discussions with larger custom Jeep modification shops, my partner and I called Force Customs and arraigned a meeting with April Champ. April spent a couple hours with us listening to what we were looking for in the base Jeep and the modification package ands showing us similar builds Force had previous done for other customers. For the next couple of weeks, April worked with us to choose the best options and targeted, then purchased a perfect 2023 Rubicon as a platform for the build. Through out the build process April kept us informed of Force’s progress, sending us pictures of the in-progess build every couple of days. Pick-up was seamless and quick. Our Jeep “Red” is everything we hoped and more. In less than two months, we’ve gotten many questions about how did our build and where did we get specific components (the tube doors Force recommended are fan favorites). In an era with bad and mediocre customer service for even high-end products, April and the Force Team left a lasting, positive impression that some care deeply about the customer experience and delivering a high quality product.
