2024 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

We had a great experience when purchasing our new '23 Bolt EV. The salesman Steve Girman and everyone else we meet and dealt with during the process were very courteous and made for a pleasant transaction. There wasn't any of the usual pressure to buy extended warranties and subscription services that were offered, much appreciated. Now if only other car dealerships could figure out how to actually treat people decent! Even though we had to drive four hours from our home in Minnesota to purchase this vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

I had a great transaction with Bob at Eriksen's. I came from out of state because Ericksen Chevy was the only place I could find the Chevy Bolt EV I wanted. We negotiated the deal on the phone and via text. Then next day I drove a rental car to Milan, Bob picked me up at the car rental return, we got all the paperwork done, and I was able to hit the road. Smooth transaction by friendly people. I couldn't ask for more!

Took my Silverado in last Friday for a check engine light issue. They had me in and back on the road in no time. Jeremiah and Bill are awesome to work with. And the technician Austin took the time to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend the Eriksen service department!
