While it was a slow start to get the vehicle, checked in, after that, it was a really a wonderful experience. Do not get discouraged or frustrated by the check-in process, every service member is taking their time and doing their job to ask the right questions. They really are an incredibly knowledgeable bunch that care about every detail. I felt that the service team really took the time to figure out what was wrong with the car and worked diligently through the warranty process to see what was covered. They really could not have been any nicer or knowledgeable. Tommy and John were definitely standouts in his process. I could not recommend this team for service any more… If I could give them 10 stars instead of five I absolutely would. They also checked in with me through the process to let me know what was happening. They are truly a standout, tremendous team on both the service and customer service fronts.

I had the greatest experience at New Rochelle Chevrolet. I have been to other dealerships where they are pushy and not personable. My Sales Associate, Juan Barragan, was amazing. He made me feel extremely at ease and he allowed me the time that I needed to think about options that were presented. He never pressured me in anyway. He was friendly and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. I felt completely comfortable having him handle my purchase. Mike the Financial Person was also very knowledgeable and calm and explained everything about the loan and options. Shamett, who went over all of the features of my new car after my purchase, was so sweet and friendly. Everyone I came in contact with at New Rochelle Chevrolet made me feel at home and I am loving my new Trailblazer.
