He worked with me for about a week and a half before I bought the CX 50. The manager is also very pleasant as he walks around, smiling, you can feel his positive energy. This has been the only dealership that I have dealt with that has not tried to be sneaky with me! This is also the only dealership that offered me the Kelley Blue Book value on my trade-in without having to beg and plead. I bought a preowned vehicle from here on 3/3 and I’ve been pretty happy the past 3 days I’ve had it. Metz was a great salesman and was very informative. He help me decide if I truly wanted it. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! We experienced a level of customer service I thought was long gone. Metz was not only straight forward and honest, but made sure we understood everything that was needed to process our deal quickly. Usually when you have such a great sales experience, you are then brought into the "executive finance" office where you get the hard sell and confusion on the intricate cost details.
