If I could give more than five stars, I would! I had a great experience in April 2021 buying my beautiful Honda CR-V from Mark at Selig. Everything went smoothly and I never felt like I was buying a used car; no nonsense, just a quick and easy transaction. I called today, August 7th, 2021, to get information about the extended warranty I purchased. I spoke with Mark again, and he was able to immediately look it up and will be emailing it to me. I think the documentation for the warranty got lost in my own personal shuffle. I bought my car during tax season, I'm a CPA, and I wasn't paying attention to my own paperwork during that time. I will definitely buy another car from Mark at Selig. I recommend not paying attention to the negative review by someone who couldn't get her warranty information from Mark.
I have always been cautious with small dealerships, but let me tell you! Mark and Rich were Outstanding, they helped my wife and i trade in two cars for 1 truck, not a simple task. we were shopping for a first Gen Ford Raptor, i was watching various websites for over a week, and they had the best price and the lowest millage Raptor within 150 miles of Milwaukee! they genuinely showed interest in getting to know us, were very friendly, and easy to converse with. they were honest and upfront about pricing, absolutely no BS, the vehicle was in great shape! We stopped in at noon and were out by 230. By far the best experience my wife and i have ever had purchasing a car! I would reccomend them to anyone. Thank you Guys!
