Saw a vehicle online & drove over 3 hours to see it. The price was very fair, but they do not budge one dime. Even with us paying all cash, the price was firm (would be more if you want financing). It was late in the evening and we wanted to purchase the vehicle once we test drove it. It was nicer than the pictures showed online. Being a used vehicle, of course, it was not perfect. Even though we began the purchase, we did not get the vehicle until the next day. This was so that they could get a new battery (it had to a bad cell), change the oil, and look at something we asked about before we completed the sale. My husband and I liked that these things were done and were very satisfied with the process, even with the inconvenience of having to come back the following day. I don't like when salesmen are pushy and they are not. I like the "take it or leave it" way that I experienced. I was happy that they weren't pushy and left it up to my husband and me to decide. Overall it was a great experience and we received our title in a little over a week from the date of purchase. When we are in the market for another vehicle, they will be a place I will definitely be contacting. Just keep in mind, the price is it and you have to pay processing fees, so do not think you can talk them down.
