2019 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

Every used car I ever buy will come from Jose/ Low Miles Auto! I needed a van and we saw one we liked. Both my husband and I test drove it. It felt great! They hadn't had it long so they kept it a few days to detail it before we came back to make the purchase. We excitedly bought my new (to me) van outright! I drove it home and something felt odd. Then, when I pulled up my driveway, it stalled out. My husband immediately took it out himself. It would stall inconsistently coming to a stop. Knowing that Jose had no legal obligation to fix it, we started to panic. According to Google, it could be a million different things and it obviously never did it while they drove it or when we test drove it. But here it was stalling out and then the check engine light came on so we decided to just give Jose a ring. He immediately took the van back and was so eager to help! He even picked it up from my home so that I didn't need to find a ride with all my kids in tow while my husband was at work. It took him and his team a couple weeks to get it fixed, as it was an extremely difficult issue to diagnose. But they replaced multiple things until it was good as new at no cost to us!!! They test drove it for days in different situations to be sure it was good. After such a big purchase, that was a HUGE relief for us. They even detailed it again before we picked it up! Again, he had zero obligation to do this but he cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. That's hard to come by these days and I cannot recommend them enough! If you're looking to buy a car, this is the place to go. You can feel confident purchasing from Jose and his team at Low Miles Auto!!!

Perfect. I Googled a specific car I wanted and God sent me here! Low mileage, excellent car, even the color I wanted! The transaction was flawless. I will definitely come here first to buy my next car. Jose was so helpful with the process AFTER buying with DMV and taxes. Very kind. Best experience ever! I'd give them 10 stars!
