The over all experience was a good one. My sales person however did not listen to my wants, which is why i am missing a few features that i really wanted however i was in such a rush to purchase because i had less than 24 hours to make a purchase. However the vehicle is the ONE i wanted and its brand new so it makes up for the features i am lacking. I would recommend this dealership 9/10.

After two visits to our hometown Chevrolet service center, we were told our Cadillac was repaired. My husband and I travelled to GA from NC three days later with our Cadillac only to have the same issues recur. We took our Cadillac to Vaden in a panic, not prepared for car troubles on vacation. Vaden took great care of us! They arranged for transportation back to Tybee Island and were amazing at communicating and keeping up updated our on vehicle. Ashley was wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were able to identify issues with my car that our hometown Chevrolet service center had never mentioned, even after having it for weeks! I definitely recommend them. Very satisfied!

I went in to fix a flat tire. The application to schedule the service was easy to use, after the appointment was made online, they called to suggest an earlier time than what was available on the website. During the service, I was kept informed of the progress and my car was ready at the time I was given. They even placed the spare tire back in its position (on a Silverado, the spare is not that easy to reposition). Overall, very happy with the service.

Suggested for you
