2024 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

I don’t give a lot of 5 star ratings but this place was great. Its appearance is a little deceiving from the road. The lot is full and you are not sure where to park. The lot attendant came out to great us and he was soft spoken but friendly. He didn’t have a lot of information about the car but he knew who would. He took our information and we took a test drive. He was laid back and not pushing us to buy the car. He let us drive as long as we wanted. When we got back we met with Michael. He was amazing. Straight to the point. Not pushy. Not trying to sell you an extended warranty or mess around with financing options. He was honest and you could tell the entire business runs based on integrity. Would highly recommend this place for sure. In fact I need a car for my son who just started driving and they’ll be my first call to see what they have in stock. They made purchasing my wife’s dream car an amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership :) We got a great vehicle for mileage and price and I received excellent customer service there from all the gentlemen who helped me. Mike handled the sale and Arthur helped me when we had to follow up on some few things and I think Boris and Ben helped as well as well as the service team :) They followed up very well on the things we needed to handle. I held off 6 months on writing this review in order to give the vehicle sufficient time to determine the reliability and customer service offered. Let me start by saying that their used car warranty was a high purchasing point for me, compared to most other warranties, they offered a 4 month or 4,000 mile whichever comes first. That is already better than most other used warranties. Also they took care of any concerns and issues the car had prior to handing me the keys while respecting the agreed price. The price negotiation was fair. They did my brake service fairly quick and their techs/mechanics seem very knowledgeable. I do believe they handled the buying experience without much pressure and as reasonably as possible while allowing me to walk away happy. As for the car, I've had minor issues, but then again, it is a used vehicle with a higher mileage and is to be expected. I'd highly recommend purchasing and doing business again with AZ Best Cars.
