He was very knowledgeable and chill, and got me the information I was looking for very quickly. The next day my wife and I were helped by a gentleman named Hans. Hans was also great- we really appreciated his relaxed professional approach. He answered all of our questions about the car and was very well versed in all its features, which really helped during the decision process. He efficiently worked with us during our trade-in process and made everything very seamless. Next we were helped by a lady named Carrie , who was very efficient and helpful as well.
