Very professional and went over the top for me once I was in and not only did my service dept take care of us but the salesmen came and made the experience even better. I was a little upset at first due to I specifically made an appointment since I live 2 1/2 hours away and when I got there I was overlooked because another customer pulled up before me, but wasn’t in line before me, so I was left to wait even though I had an appointment. Plus my two kids and husband and I spent 4 almost 5 hours there when it was originally supposed to be a 2 hour thing. Other than that everything was fantastic and they made sure we were well taken care of.

I want to thank the manager of Medford Nissan for taking care of their customers from start to finish. I bought a car two years ago. There was a rip in the seat at that time they fabric glued it. I was not happy with it and then two years later, the glue came undone. I called in talk to the manager, explained my situation and, she worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase with Medford Nissan The staff service parts sales manager is far one of the best dealerships that I’ve worked with.
