Just purchased a F350 truck from Thomas Ryan Motor company and it was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable the process is so straight forward and easy compared to a large chain dealership. If you’re reading reviews looking for the right dealership to take your business to then look no further. Thomas Ryan motors has you covered
The sales person that helped me was awful name Logan. He showed rudeness and he really didn't care. They just tried to pawn a lemon on me that's all. What do you do when you are purchasing a vehicle and your scared to call with questions fearing you get told bring the car back cause there's problems with the vehicle. For anyone who's gotten.a car where do you go or talked to without fearing getting an attitude towards you. I'm really needing help badly. Where have you all gone and was you treated like a person. Ok I see how things are I came to Ryan's and Thomas on the 17 of April in my power chair I'm disabled and a widow of a veteran. They stuck me with a 08 jeep that has major problems. I didn't know this cause for one they didn't let me test drive and and I called for them to come pick me up they used another vehicle. I came baan hr later and got a rude approach nasty towards me. So I park the vehicle I'm scared to drive it cause it has a lot of issues with it so I'm back to using my power chair and calling Lyft to take and pick up my disabled daughter to and from school and doctor appointments as well as for myself. It's hard and expensive to just have a car sitting here we can't use. I've called and spoken with them about the vehicle and all I'm getting is the run around. Is there anybody that can direct and help me figure how to get someone who willing to help me get this issue resolved. I haven't driven the vehicle but 4 time since we had it. The stuck me and my daughter with a vehicle they knew was good. Should I seek legal help cause they not trying to help resolve the situation. They came and got my vehicle today so I'ma see what happens. Logan was on it today. Understand he was busy but made time to send someone to check my vehicle and took it to the lot I guess. I'll keep posted what happened. I've read some reviews that I hope don't happen to me. Logan is on it. Thank You. So an update Went back in spoke with Mr. Logan about the vehicle. He responded efficiently But I still can't drive the vehicle it ran nice since I've gotten it back and that was it. I still have to call Lyft and or Uber to get to my doctor appointment and my daughter. It's sad. It won't start still missing and rubbing. Okay so just cuz I contacted them and let them know that the car still would have started since I had the car only drove it five times so now they come out and had it repoed after I done paid my payment and they won't give me my money back I'm wanting everybody please don't get no call from them because you will get ripped off if you call them and let them know your car is not working they don't want you calling them to know anything but they want your money they won't give me my oxygen and my handicap hanger they are hiding my stuff ransom. I WARN EVERY HANDICAP AND DISABLED AND VETERANS WIDOW WHEELCHAIR TO NOT BUY HERE THEY WILL STIFF YOU WITH VEHICLES THAT DON'T RUN LIKE THEY DID ME THEN COME TAKE IT FROM YOU WHEN YOU'R PAYMENT ISNT EVEN LATE AND THE BRAKES WAS BAD AND DON'T RUN ONCE YOU GET IT HOME.. AND THE PLACE THEY TAKE THE CAR FOR INSPECTIONS IS SHADY TOO. HE PASS THE VEHICLE KNOWLY THE BRAKES WAS BAD AND NO BACK LIGHTS. THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS AND THEY WILL GO UNDER FOR SELLING BAD VEHICLES. AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
I knew what I wanted, was a cash deal, no haggling. Gave me an out the door price in line with the vehicles value (what I was willing to pay). Quick paperwork and done.
