2011 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

After having been searching for a specific BMW model, for some time, we found one available at Dulles Motorsports. It was with a little hesitation that we finally decided to drive five hours (round trip) to see the car and test drive it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and professionally. As the deal progressed, it seemed as if the dealer wouldn't say no. Each request was met with assurances and honesty. He offered his insights from a long history in the car business and we benefited from his knowledge and advice. Everything he promised was delivered, and when there were minor glitches, they were resolved fairly, transparently and totally. Even though we were initially concerned about buying the car long distance, it turned out to be the car we were after, a fair deal, (for both us and the dealer) and a positive experience.
