2014 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

GREAT EXPERIENCE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND AWESOME SERVICE! Caleb was extremely helpful and friendly from the first moment I stepped into the shop. He showed me all the cars that were within my budget - being a student it is often quite challenging to navigate the used car marketplace as you never know what you can find, but all the cars he showed me were in VERY GOOD conditions while being REASONABLY PRICED. I bumped into this dealership by mistake as I was returning home from a disappointing test drive with another shop. I saw this place and decided to give it a try - one of the BEST decisions of this year. In fact, before coming here I test drove more than 10 cars with more than 6 other dealerships. I wasn't convinced with any of them either because they had mechanical issues in cars that were supposed to be in excellent conditions or because they were outside of my budget. On the other hand Time4Ride has been very transparent and easygoing throughout. They are not the first dealership you'll find on Google but definitely one with the best service you'll find. I bought a 2015 FIAT 500L, the car's drive was good, a manual transmission which I enjoyed and the interiors were in MINT conditions, the best of all the used car I have driven. Before buying, they let me have the car for one night and bring it for inspection to a mechanic the morning after. I found wear on the front tires and tie rods, but Caleb brought it back to his shop and put NEW tires and checked the tie rods. All this at virtually the same negotiated initial price. I bought this car just before Christmas and was flying home the same day, so I left the car at the dealership. After the deal was done he gave me a lift to the bus station, and even proposed to fix a worn plate light and to give me a full tank of gas for when I would come back from the break. I highly recommend this shop!

Caleb was very quick to respond to any and all question. All the staff there is super friendly and easy going. It was a great experience. They helped me out a lot and I feel went above and beyond to satisfy. Thank you all for being great!!! And she is beautiful and smooth!!!

Caleb was our sales person he was wonderful. Got us to the payment we needed and made sure we were taking care of would highly recommend him. We will for sure be back in the future.
