2012 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

I had an issue with my gen 1 raptor recently after towing it was shifting erratic and wouldn't hold 5th gear. After taking it to frank and the team they diagnosed it and got to work fast on contacting my aftermarket warranty and fighting for me. With some back and forth and the issues of finding a transmission right now they were able to get the warranty to send over a rebuilt unit and replace my defective one. During that process my wifes volvo blew a lower ball joint and I was in hot water with no vehicle. I dropped it off at 6pm that night and by the next night my car was back up and 2 new balljoints installed. Frank and the team there took great care of both my cars and the work was top notch. I wont use anyone else to service my cars now thanks guys for the hard work and fast turn around!

I've been going to Frank and the guys at Zincs for about seven years now. He's worked on several of my cars and I've purchased one from them. Everyone there is polite and courteous and the place is run in a very old fashioned handshake and your word manner. My car has always been repaired correctly and in a timely manner.
