At no point during our negotiations did he try any high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. I purchased a 2023 Tacoma over the phone from these guys and had an exceptional experience! I worked with Richard and he was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. I live in Texas, so all of our communication was done through phone and text. Anytime I called or texted, these guys responded immediately. I never had to wait for anything, We negotiated the price and started the paperwork in 10min. The documents I needed to hand sign, arrived on my doorstep the following morning. Everything was completely filled out and ready to go. All I had to do was sign it and transfer the money. It is by far the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. When I called about the price for the truck, There were no games, no market adjustments, no unreasonable dealer add ons, no back-and-forth with a sales managers for hours, I told them what I was wanting to pay, and they said deal!
