I was in need of a new car and we stopped at Driven and I spotted a beautiful 2016 Ford Explorer. Oscar was very helpful and let me take her for a test drive. I fell in love with her and worked with Zach the Finance manager. He recommended getting the warranty and I’m glad I got the warranty as 4 months later I needed $5,000 in repairs which the guys at Driven would not have known about when i bought it and am not upset at them, but very appreciative for Zach and the warranty. I ended up only paying $200 instead of $5,000. People need to remember that this is a used car lot and when buying a vehicle with over 100,000 miles like I did, the warranty is a must as you never know what may happen. I’m so grateful to Zach and Lincoln who were so helpful during the repair process! This is not a used car lot, that washes their hands once you buy a car. They will help in any way they can and I’ll never forget it!
