I recommend the tech working on this Vehicles to start Communicating with the service techs. Has an issue with my truck yesterday in my opinion. My truck needed a new battery and the techs working on my truck could have talk with the service Advisor and see if I wanted to change while it was still in the shop. Instead they waited until I was about to checkout to tell me I needed a new battery and had to take my truck back to the shop area again. Other than that issue my experience was good.

I had a wonderful experience buying at Universal Chevrolet! Jayden was outstanding with his customer service. Everyone was friendly & helpful. This was unlike any other car buying experience. Not only will this be my go to spot for future purchases, I will also refer anyone looking to purchase. I did have to return for a service shortly after my purchase but luckily the warranty covered it. The team made my experience enjoyable & quickly corrected all concerns I had.
