I had a great experience purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot here. I had a long cross country trip coming up and wanted a solid used car with some space to haul some luggage and office equipment, and the car I found was a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L model with just over 100K miles. There was a minor glitch right after the purchase where a side windshield molding was missing, that I had missed during my inspection, and Chris was there (on his personal day off) to make sure the problem was resolved. I've since completed the 2,400 mile trip, and the car performed beautifully. The car was in great shape and I felt as if I were driving a new car.
