My experience with Fleetserve has been so great I have to leave them a review. I purchased a vehicle from them recently and I have to say this is the best customer service I've ever seen. They are friendly, diligent, honest, and extremely easy to work with. They are available to help with any questions or concerns not only during the purchase process but also after, which is very unique for a dealership. They truly go above and beyond and that's what makes them one of a kind. I can't recommend them enough!

This is a business that creates loyalty from their actions. Not demand it from a sale. I was in a pinch and needed a truck quickly. I went to Fleetserve trucks to look at a trade in fleet truck that had some extra character from its previous role. Brad didn’t approach me like a salesman, or pressure me into overlooking things. He heard my concerns and offered mutual solutions. The experience was more like buying from a friend or family member that doesn’t need the vehicle anymore and wants to help out. I’ve met dealerships like that and its always a breath of fresh air. That’s not what earned my respect but helped earn my business. Because of my pinch, I wasn’t (against my better judgement) able to get the truck inspected before I purchased it. The price was very fair, and he heard my concerns. The next day, I paid to get it detailed to help tame…some of its hard years. On the way back, during rush hour, I lost power. Smoke and steam and dead on the side of the toll road within seconds. While contemplating my options of foot travel to an AutoZone, I sent Brad a text “should have got it checked. Its smoking on the side of the road” in the spirit of him knowing my concern of not getting it inspected and my jests to what fate would think of that. After that I figured a way to get it back home and didn’t check my phone. He asked if I could tow it or get it back to the dealership. So the next day I brought it down to them. I knew it was a radiator problem but couldn’t find the leak. They called in their own mechanic and tracked down the spot it was gushing from. Brad, without discussion or hesitation took on the problem as his own and paid for the new radiator. Asking nothing in return. Not even brining up costs, or the fact that I bought it “As-is” and he had no obligation to do what he did. It was an experience and interaction that will be remembered for life. I don’t throw this word around, but Fleetserve Truck Sales did an honorable thing. Not many companies have honor as shown principle. I have told many people this and they all are in disbelief. It's something you just don’t see anymore. Fleetserve Truck Sales is the pinnacle of a father-son business in the great state of Texas, where respect and honor are just apart of that business as much as its apart of them. They also have a dog named Bubbles and she loves to show off her favorite stuffed toy duck. If that’s not enough to go buy a truck or fleet vehicle from them, then you’re probably not looking for a truck and lost in this long review.

Absolute best place to shop for great quality used fleet vehicles. The gentlemen that work here are honest, knowledgeable and very friendly. Bought a used (07 Chevy C5500) work truck back in 2016 that is still rolling great and currently hitting them up for another to add to our fleet. Highly recommend them for all your used fleet needs!!
