Parkway Nissan was not only very reasonable with the price, but very kind, patient & had very amazing service. They let us test drive vehicles with no issues, gave us a car wash, accessories for the vehicle on top of a full tank since we traveled an hour there. They were very welcoming & I would definitely recommend them to anyone I come across looking around for a car!

Our battery had a defect and needed replaced. We called Nissan’s Quick Lube and they had a battery and told us to come in. We arrived about an hour before they closed. They replaced the battery and changed the oil and engine air filter. They had a positive can do attitude and did an excellent job. There waiting area was clean and comfortable. We’re already making plans to return.

It was a very pleasant experience. The salesman made the transaction very relaxing. He showed us he really cared about us and got us what we had been looking for. My husband and I visited several dealerships, from Akron, Canton, Alliance, We looked at several Vehicles. We decided to keep looking.
