2020 Chevrolet Express 3500 Extended Work Van

I purchased my Ford Fusion from them and the process went very well. They were extremely helpful by taking me to the car that was at a different location to take it for a test drive. They were very patient and didn’t mind staying back a little longer for me to get back from the test drive. The buying process was as smooth as it could have gone and they were very knowledgeable about the extended warranties and even gave me some nice recommendations for choosing one based on my car. The only complaint I have was that when I first asked about the car, I was told that it wasn’t on their lot and to come back the next day, but I spoke with another gentleman that went the extra step to take me to the car and to get it ready for purchase. All in all, I highly recommend getting your next car here!

Bought a 2014 F-150 from them back in May of last year. Had a couple of problems pop up in the months that followed but nothing that Parkway would have known about when they sold it to me. Bottom line is that even though the truck is now officially 10 years old... everything works. Heated and air conditioned seats, memory seat, air conditioning, etc. Nate was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and pleasant at the same time. Papers signed, loan approved, in and out before I realized that it was all finished. He did everything he said he would and he did it well. I didn't feel like I was sparing with an opponent about price and/or terms... Felt like I was just chatting with a friend. Zero, absolutely zero pressure.

Ethan was very helpful not only in finding a new vehicle but also very upfront about pricing. I have never been in and out of a dealership for the paperwork side in under 2 hrs. 35 mins I was leaving with my new car and all the paperwork was done. Thanks Ethan and team.
